Arry is a fantastic inspector! He's meticulous, friendly, and has a lot of interesting inspection gadgets. Arry took the time to make sure I understood the severity of each concern. He patiently answered all questions I asked and was honest when I asked for estimates he couldn't give - in my case it was regarding cracks in the foundation. He was able to schedule my inspection in short notice and return the report within 2 days. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him as my go-to inspector!

As first time condo buyers in Lincoln Park, my fiance and I didn't know the ins and outs of home inspections and what to look for during an inspection. Thankfully, Arry was there to walk us through everything! He was referred to us by a friend who had used him in the past and we couldn't be happier with the referral! Arry was thorough, diligent, personable, very well informed and up to date on all the codes etc for our condo. I had so many questions and he was able to answer them all and provide even more information! He informed us about things we didn't even know existed and how to use some of the gadgets in the condo. In his report, he had photos, videos, and very detailed descriptions so we had the confidence and knowledge needed to have a seat at the negotiating table. I couldn't recommend Arry more!!
