Mike is so professional and thorough. He checked everything and left recommendations, along with life expectancy for the appliances. He also showed us how to use the equipment for our future new home. Mike even fit me in for our home inspection on very short notice on my part. We very highly recommend him. He really is great. Thanks Mike!
UPDATE! We are buying another house and Mike did it again! He was just as thorough, kind, professional, and on time just like the last house inspection. Thank you so much again Mike.

We hired Mike to inspect our new home in Lisle recently. It was pretty short notice but he was able to accommodate us on a weekend morning no problem. My husband has a construction background and even brought his uncle who has a lot of knowledge in that area just as a back-up. Mike was able to impress them both with his thoroughness and expertise. He found quite a few problems I don't think most other inspectors would (i.e. he actually got on the roof and found rotted decking under the new shingles, and even found out that the dishwasher hadn't been properly installed because he let it run through a full cycle, both things many inspectors just don't take the time to do). We were really really happy with his services (and his price was reasonable!) and would highly recommend to any of our family and friends.
