        The app for u-haul let me make a reservation at the time the store was closed, and I ordered u-haul supplies to pick up at that store, but this store does not carry supplies. After contacting u-haul, they made everything right.

        Worse experience. Very rude customer service. Replaced the gas and kept clean. Never got my deposit back because they said I went over on miles . I never heard of someone paying $100 for a in town/less than one day move . So much for $19.99 that is a lie. Do not expect any money back you wont get it no matter what. Didnt use any of their equipment (dolly/boxes) no help just used the vehicle and overly charged
