Montana is so good at the installation of the hitches! He was professional and efficient! There was another car in front of me and he got both hitches installed within 3 hours! The customer service lady Nancy at this location was amazing too! She got me a chair to sit while I waited. There was free wifi and I got some work done. It was cool because they have CCTV and you can watch the installation process in the office if youre curious. They have so many hitch receivers on the shelf for all kinds of vehicles! Get your hitch installed here! Its worth the drive to work with Montana and Nancy!

Their service is not so great . I just needed a van when I have gotten one before and I never had a major credit card now all of the sudden I do . They always give out these big trucks for a couple boxes. Most whice have glass and valuables I don't want to break . Those trucks have no suspension in the rear everything bounces. I don't know about this place I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

So I was a little nervous with having read some of the reviews here, but I am glad to report that I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with my hitch install. From the ladies behind the desk to the guys working in the shop everyone was kind and respectful. I am a 39 y/o Caucasian man and never once was treated differently because of it. Personally, too those previous reviewers that attempted to pull a race card, shame on you. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this location for any of your hitch install and/or truck and trailer needs. They have a rather large selection of equipment to chose from.
