        The agent charged me for pre-gas ($95), which I declined at the time of rental. When I returned the car at 20.7 gallons (mind you it was 19.6 when I took the car) I was charged the fee. Luckily I had to use the bathroom and saw the fee on the emailed receipt . The agent at the desk wasn't trying to remove it. She down right refused even though i returned the car full. I had to approach the check in attendant to get it removed. This was a big inconvenience and unacceptable. I feel like the agent intentionally charged me the fee at pickup. I don't think I will use Avis again and this was my first experience with Avis.
