Dropping off my trailer was a breeze. The very sweet young lady that checked me in, was very polite and professional. I was there less than 5 minutes. Very nice UHaul location.

Absolutely amazing staff !! Attentive and caring. I had a U box moved from Utah to this location as well as renting a truck from them . They handled everything with care and were an absolute delight to work with!

Booked a van on U-Hauls website for one price, then when I went to go get the van it was a different price. They said they were giving me a better deal at the higher price which included 200 miles. Renters beware!!! Pay attention to your invoice and ask plenty of questions!

Quick answer is that this is a great facility with super helpful employees who are committed to customer satisfaction. Long answer is that yesterday was my first-ever visit to this facility. I made a reservation online and came to pick up a trailer. Arriving at the store, I found all manner of moving supplies, pretty much anything you could need (boxes, tape, trailer balls, you name it) in a clean and comfortable environment. The employees working yesterday were simply fantastic. Not just to me, but to everyone we saw them interact with. When customers called or came in the door with an issue, they worked with the customers to make things right. They didn't screw people because they had a problem, instead they did their best to make people happy, even when the customer was at fault. Just a great display of customer-focused service and a "can do" attitude. My rental trailer worked out great and came at a very reasonable cost. There were no equipment issues and pick-up and drop-off were a painless process. Bottom line, I picked the right place. Met some fantastic employees who put all they have into doing it right. Great place, great people, great experience.
