When you take a load now, you usually look at the reviews about this company, and when the reviews are radically different, you always hope that the bad reviews will not be true and you will be lucky. Unfortunately, this did not happen in this company. I see that you are very proud and concerned about your reputation, since you are responsible for every review that was written about your company. I would just like to give advice, only because I have been in this business for 16 years and have seen a lot. If you would like to have more positive reviews than negative ones, so that trucks come to you willingly, and drivers do not feel like second-class human, just think about your employees, especially the woman in the shipping/receiving office, who is very rude. And this is not the first case, by the way, it often occurs in small towns of our country, where every employee considers himself as a Big Boss. And if you, Dear Lady, work with people, then remember about humanity, about a smile and just goodwill, about the fact that your son could be in the place of any driver! Your son, who on Friday after a hard week wants to quickly go home, take a shower, just eat normally and be with his family, and not stand and wait for several hours to be unloaded. And soon the entire Midwest will be talking about your rudeness and negative energy. I understand that are you trying to follow your appointments , but I also understand that when a company has a lot of docks, and they are empty, and there is not a single truck waiting in line, then it was possible to make not even an exception, but just a good thing - take it and unload the driver. Drivers and dispatchers! If you have the opportunity not to take load to this company, do not take it, so as not to feel like second-class Human and rudeness from it that you are simply doing your job well!

I had pick up from this facility, when i went to check in point, the old grandma was so rude, she showed me her racism by looking at me from down to top and making her disgusting attitude, theres no understanding of whats the professionalism and if u dont like to work her nobodys forcing anybody, I wont recommend to other drivers working and getting loads from this facility Zero stars
