I was very impressed by the team at U-Haul of South Loop. The owner, Jason, went above and beyond to assist me with my move this week. When I had a few hiccups with my trailer rental he quickly helped me formulate a new plan that kept my cross country move on time and on track. They were very busy this past weekend but he remained patient and incredibly helpful throughout the two days I worked with him. It was the best U-Haul experience that I have had to date, and I would thoroughly recommend this location over others in the city thanks to his leadership and attention to detail.

Typically, I wouldn't rate a uhaul place, it's just a thing we do out of necessity. But living in the city one can be particular about where we go and order from. I liked this uhaul, better than the burbs. It was convenient and I was able to leave my car there with no issues. That's a huge plus in my book. The check-in was relatively quick and I was on my way. The return was even easier. Seriously the quickest uhaul experience I've ever encountered. Prices for uhaul are decent.

Jason and his crew are an amazing group of individuals. The customer service at this location is unmatched. This south loop location is definitely my first choice for U-Haul and storage rentals
