Employees are very pleasant, easygoing and helpful to all of your requests and questions. They have clean restrooms which is very important; and convenient area, that is close to downtown. Jermaine at the Pilsen location in Chicago was an amazing life saver. The rates were increased on my storage unit and Jermaine was an advocate for me and helped get my rate reduced. I really appreciate the great customer service. As a retired senior this helped me so much. I am grateful for Jermaine's kindness and his immediate action for me.

I highly recommend StorSafe Self Storage of Pilsen. Extremely clean facility, great lighting and cameras for your safety, very affordable prices, an abundance of parking and easy to get too. I think more importantly the engine that makes this facility run smooth is the Property Manager Jermaine Smith. He had an impact on our decision. Why? He was very professional, customer first mentality, had the answers to our questions, just a wonderfully polite person. I will certainly do business with this company again as well as recommend to those looking for a storage facility. Thank you Jermaine and StorSafe.
