        The customer service was not bad. I just wish the would have told me the smaller unit was on top of a larger unit and I would have to use a ladder to get in and out of the unit. It was a hassle.

        It was first and good experience . We used storage for couple of months. Its safe, clean , spacious even in the hallways Friendly and helpful office staff. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks.

        Clean, well maintained facility. Excellent customer service every time I've needed help. I called and set up an appointment with Anibal yesterday and he was very helpful and efficient on the phone. Today he couldn't make it in, but John was there and picked up right where I'd left off with Anibal. I even changed my mind on which unit I wanted to rent, and it was no trouble for John to switch the reservation over to another unit I liked more. I'm moving further away from this location, closer to other self-storage facilities, but I will be keeping this one!
