If there is zero rate, i would rate them zero. Too much delay that they caused us. I scheduled the hitch installation 3/7/24 because we have a thight schedule and we're scheduled to leave Chicago going to California this 3/17/24. We scheduled trailer pick-up 3/16/24 on other location but we found out that Uhaul Portage Park installed the wiring with error. When we signal the light on the left,it signals right and when Right it will signal left. This is a safety issue. We are expecting to leave today but everything is a mess. We called yesterday and a staff told us just come today so that they can check it, then when we arrived this morning, other staff told us to comeback tomorrow at 11am? Why is that they can't do things right? We paid for it and did not received the service that we paid for? We gave them a chance to fix this but they keep us running back and forth.

They really need to hire more people. I waited over an hour just to pick up a couple boxes I bought online, cutting into my rental time.

Horrible experience, unorganized location, left a lock in my vehicle and wouldnt answer the phone. Roadside had to be dispatched in order to cut it off all while I had movers waiting to move my stuff onto the truck. I lost over $400 because of this store. I will NEVER rent a UHAUL again, next time it will be Penske or Budget.
