U-Haul Moving & Storage of Up-Town

We rented a van for a short move in town on a Saturday and it was seamless. Made our reservation online, there was a short line at pick up of the employee multitask to get his checked in. The van was fine, and drop off was easy peasy.

Scam alert!!! Gas filled up, still charged. After-hours return apps didn't work, called the customer center to file a report, promised it wouldn't charge, and were still charged. Truck is clean, cleaning fee charged. It seems like a lot of people have the same problem. Standard uhual bad practice! I smell class action lawsuits

Reserved a hand truck. Went to pick up it and they didnt have one. The rep at this location did nothing to help find a nearby location to help get one. No apology. Just said, We dont have one.

This was the best experience I've had at U-Haul. I used this location for a short-term storage unit and to rent a truck. The customer service was outstanding. Your associates were patient, friendly, and went out of their way to help beyond what is expected for me and the customer in line before me. The premises and equipment were all clean and easy to access. This location is a model for others in the area. Thanks for your help and I look forward to coming back for our next move.
