Truly the worst place. They make everything so incredibly complicated and stressful, specifically Tasha. They also just dont want to do their jobs. Youll wait in line for a receipt for a drop off and theyll tell you to go scan it at the kiosk. If I wanted to scan it there originally, I wouldve. I ship things all the time and I always leave this place so frustrated with how they treat everyone. Its not just me either. Ive stopped and helped other people who they basically yell at as well. The staff is the absolute worst. Theyre never happy and are incredible rude. I dont really ever leave reviews but this place sucks lol

The short lady with the awful wig and drawn on edges had the literal worst attitude Ive ever seen. She was making fun of multiple customers and trying to be funny. Awful customer service, needs to put more energy into finding a better wig

The staff that works here is unhelpful and clueless. I submitted a change of address online almost 4 weeks ago. I have yet to receive any forwarded mail at my new address. I called USPS Customer Care and provided a confirmation code for the change. She was unable to pull up any details on her computer and told me to wait a bit longer then go into the local post office to inquire. I followed her instructions. Today, there was only one person working there. She told me the supervisor is the only one who can look this information up and is not in today, but I could try again tomorrow. When asked what time the supervisor would be available, she replied I dont know if she will be in. That should tell you all you need to know about this dumpster fire of a post office.
