Absolutely ridiculous!!! They dont want to help, Ive had many packages not get delivered from them and no attempt to find them when I come in person to their location. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!

Absolutely dreadful experience! I strongly advise steering clear!! Despite having a scheduled Appointment for passport service, my encounter with Bhavana was nothing short of obnoxious. After I patiently waited for 30-minutes, she nonchalantly instructed me to wait an additional 10 minutes, which I did not mind since Ive already been waiting. To my dismay, upon her return, I found myself sidelined as she attended to other customers who arrived after me. This blatant disregard for my time was utterly disrespectful. Bhavana's demeanor was notably rude and discourteous, a stark contrast to the other accommodating employees. Thankfully, I found better service at a different USPS location the following day. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this post office at all costs!

I dropped priority envelope since 5 days at drop box. Still it shows nothing in progress. They dont even pick up package from drop box .

These people at this postoffice are incompetent to do their job. Scheduled an appointment for new passport waited 3 weeks and came in just to see a piece of paper hanging on the main entrance door all passport services are cancelled today. Never got a phone call or email to let me know in advance what is the reason. These USPS institutions are becoming like a mental institutions. They dont know how to talk to people or be polite at all. These employees are the reason why people do everything online these days.

Came this morning to send a package and like always was not disappointed. The service was fast excellent thanks to RITA who always goes beyond any expectations. Keep it up
