They reach out to you in advance on the day of your appointment with a nice text about your technician, with a picture of them, what their hobbies are, etc. I loved that! They are very professional, efficient and incredibly friendly! I won't use anyone else.

My technician was very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. The problem was with the drip/drain pan and the line being clogged and too small to begin with. The clog was cleared and a plan set in motion to rectify the problem moving forward. I was very pleased with the urgency in their response and would highly recommend McCarthy Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for any type of hvac work. They truly know how to take care of their customers.

McCarthy Heating & Cooling responded to my service request the same day. They were on time and polite. The Service Tech diagnosed my furnace and air conditioning problems thoroughly and quickly, without trying to sell me a new system or repairs. He explained the problem, fixed the air conditioner, and only charged the diagnostic fee. Outstanding customer service. I strongly recommend them for any heating and cooling services.

Our technician, John was on time and respectful. He inspected our AC and informed us of its result. He answered our questions and concerns about the AC's performance. He demonstrated professionalism and even more respect towards us, wearing mask and keeping a safe distance to keep every one safe while being in our home. Thank you for the great service.

Wonderful service! John did a great job coming to see why our AC wasnt cooling down our house. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He listened to our needs and made sure all of our questions were answered. Couldn't be happier!!
