        I trust Dario with my hvac needs! He always makes time to work me into his schedule even though Im far north and he seems to work mainly on the south side. He shows up when he says he will and always gives me a straight up answer about my hvac issues. Other hvac companies I tried before him gave me a lot of weird sleazy runaround. I will definitely continue to use Burks for all my hvac needs.

        Charged $180 for a basic thermostat that costs $40 I used to work at Menards I know how much they cost. He says that also include installation. Cost of the thermostat and $140 for being there 15 minutes plus his $95 service charge. So $300 for a few minutes to install thermostat?? Just not right at all. Then says thats my cheapest stat. He shouldve been upfront with all of the pricing, and at least said it would be cheaper for you to buy the thermostat. Shady business.
