I bought a central air unit last June and now it not preforming right so I’ve been trying to get a technician out and I’m getting the run around. It’s under warranty so what the problem. When I call they say someone will call you. Guess what no one called. I continue to call and I get everyone is out on call or I’m at the Doctor right now I’ll call you later. Still waiting on later. Please help me with contacting this company. I have people living here with serious respiratory problems and we have no air. I even called the manufacturer and they said to keep calling them. WOW. We were customers of the original company for years. When the new owners took over things changed . I tried to have my regular AC maintenance done. The first appointment they were a no call no show. The second time they came but could not complete the service because they had only sent one technician, two were needed as our unit is on the roof. The next three attempts were no call no show. Today they finally arrived three hours late and without a ladder to service our roof unit when they knew a ladder was required. Service: AC maintenance

I used this company a couple of times with no problems, but for the last 3 weekends there has been an issue with them. I scheduled an appointment with Larry he showed up checked the furnace said the chimney would also need to be cleaned so we rescheduled for the next weekend. The next weekend came and he was a no show so I called them and was told by Larry's brother that he would come the next weekend Larry's aunt died that raised him, so I said no problem. I let him know I didn't appreciate waiting for a no show. Needless to say the following weekend was another no show or no call. I will never use them again going forward. I was told by the receptionist Delores, that they are under new management (family owned) and she contacted me for the furnace maintenance, what a joke, they are full of it!!! A disaster! Dishonest and incompetent and unreliable! I purchased a new Ice Aire PTAC in 2016 for my NYC co-op. From Day 1 there were problems relating to cooling and which continued into the winter, when I switched to heating. I eventually lost count of the number of visits their one-and-only technician/owner made to solve things, but it was clear that he didn't really understand how the thermostat and unit were supposed to work. But the worst was still to come: He had persuaded me that the unit was defective and we should get Ice Air involved, OK by me as the unit was well within the standard 1-yeaar warranty against defects. **But when I gave Ice-Air the serial number they told me it was, in fact a 2015-vintage unit (as noted above, it was sold to me in 1976 as 'new', although it had apparently been sitting around somewhere, unused, for as many as 12 months, until offloaded on me, and thus was out of warranty!! So I was now on my own, but now understood why PC had not provided me with the necessary warranty documents, despite my repeated requests. When I tried to contact PC over the winter of 2016 I was told the owner/tech` was on an extended visit to India, and since there was no-one else working during this period, I would have to wait until he returned. The story goes on, but the details are unimportant. I spent a ton of money with other NYC-area HVAC firms trying to resolve this, but eventually gave up as they were all nearly as bad as PC: unqualified techs, over-billing and hours of wasted time while I ending up using an oil-fired space heater to stop my bedroom from icing up; and then a couple of expensive Dyson fans to provide some degree of cooling in the summer. Eventually I found someone who was all the things PC was not: A real company, with an office manager and great technical teams. (See my review of Norwest AC). Together we solved the problem well in time for the 2016 healing season. But do yourself a favor-Un less you want ongoing headaches, DO NOT get involved with these charlatans. But if you do, check the labels for year of manufacture and get all the correct warranty information, signed and sealed.
