        Very unprofessional service. Charged me a diagnostic fee and wouldnt tell me the total charge until I paid the diagnostic fee. I paid it and then got a ridiculous quote for replacing the computer board. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and the owner Sergio started saying lies that someone had messed with the burners and that someone had worked on it and caused all sorts of issues that he had to fix. Thats a flat out lie. I then pressed him on a break down of the charges and he hung up on me. I called his office and they hung up on me. Keep in mind this was in the midst of freezing temps and they tried to take advantage and price gouge their customers.

        Hi Jesus, your initial phone call was picked up from our after hours service line, and based on the recording, neither party mentioned any fees for the service. It was a mistake on our service line, but you were provided with the full invoice and diagnostic via text directly after the service was completed, which you did pay on your own. You proceeded to ask if the diagnostic fee would be applied to the quote received for the repair, which we replied that it was not applied. We provided the diagnostic service that was booked as well as a repair quote, and you chose to decline the quote given. No one was taken advantage of here.
