    This is the best stay I have ever had from start to finish. Kris was amazing at answering my questions over email which made me confident in my choice to book here. The security is amazing at the building and we felt so safe! We were treated like royalty at the check-in desk and continued to feel this way in our room with an amazing view and during the check-out process. They had amazing breakfast. There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel, I recommend Lukes. This is now one of my best memories and I will definitely be back.

    Service is good, view is great, room is OK but amenities are so so, and providing SD TV in 2024 is simply disrespectful.

    Close to where we wanted to be. Reasonable rates. They gave us a lake view. Which I highly recommend. It was clean. I was confused at first on how to get there. Basically, it is the 40th floor, top floor, of the building. There are probably only about 30 rooms in this hotel. We parked below the building and you have to go through a door in the garage to get to the elevator. You will need a key for that. So we parked in the garage, went to the lobby of the building. Then you take the center elevator to the 39th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 40th floor and that is where the hotel reception is. To get to the garage, you go back down the elevators to the 1st floor then go to the 3rd bank of elevators to go to the garage. Then you have to walk a little bit and go through door to the public parking area. It's a bit of a hassle to go from your room to your car, but it is all indoors and feels safe. For the price and the view, it was definitely worth it.

    Our stay was fine, a little pricey for what we received as far as service. I would recommend being careful about leaving the 75 dollar deposit they ask for. They say its going to be on hold for a 2-3 days after you checked out. Ive been in talks with my bank and the general manager from this hotel and Ive gotten no clear answers from her. First they changed the time to taking 1 week, then next week they say sometimes it takes 10 business days, I call back again and now Im getting a completely different time estimation. They saying sometimes it takes 14 business days. the amount is negligible, however no one really cares to see a pending transaction on their account with no answer to when it will be released. Expect the runaround if this happens to you with no straight answers. I guess Ill just have to call back everyday until I get answers. Its been over 3 weeks since I stayed and I havent received any new information on the hold that is still being finalized by the merchant. As a recommendation, you may be able to pay for parking directly with the garage parking attendants. Just to avoid the hassle with the hotel.
