All staff were beyond helpful! Made our stay easy! Was able to leave our car parked at the connected parking garage while visiting downtown Chicago area. Nearby activities: A LOT to do! Safety: Was able to have our car parked in a secured parking garage. Walkability: Was able to walk to the Navy Pier and shops/restaurants around the area.
