The St. Regis Chicago

We had a great trip at St Regis. The room was amazing and the service was super friendly & helpful. We also had a massage and it was one of the best spa experiences weve had. Will be coming back and recommend!

I have never been greeted with more enthusiasm and kindness than at the St Regis, Chicago. Alissa at the front desk, Stefanos with bell service, and Mark & Ben at concierge were born for their jobs. Alissa made an impression in a role than can sometimes be a bit condescending and intimidating at the higher end hotels. She was sincere, thoughtful and energetic. Im an International Sales Director and would hire Alissa today. have traveled 50% of the year for over 14 years for work (and some pleasure thrown in there!) internationally and nationally, and will be a lifetime platinum member this year, and Ive never felt more genuine kindness from hotel personnel. Thank you to this incredible team!

Very friendly employees. Especially, Richard from the Front Office was extremely polite and attentive. Top-notch hotel facilities meeting the latest and highest technical standards. Highly recommendable for a stay in Chicago due to its superb and central location.

What a great property! Booked a last minute stay and the staff was so accommodating. Suite was beautiful and we were able to enjoy an amazing room service lunch as well as a fabulous dinner in the lounge at Tre Dita. The concierge was so helpful and had great recommendations on the must see spots in Chicago.

Family staycation during spring break. Really an exemplary hotel experience that lives up to the St Regis brand. Everyone that helped us just has a wonderful attitude and is very genuine. I made a note it was my childs birthday over the trip and they even managed to put us on a floor that matched his age! Small details like this are what make experiences stand out and create fun memories. Pool was lovely. Breakfast at Miru was delicious and the room was amazing, but the staff are what make the difference. Cant wait to stay again!
