Central to Downtown Chicago; includes parking on a first come, first served basis but NOT GUARANTEED; non-smoking rooms still smell like smoking rooms; old and outdated, but you get what you pay for - clean enough; great breakfast diner next door; we've stayed there multiple times, so it's worth it to us.

The hotel was decent. Great location and seemed to be pretty clean. The biggest negative was that the staff was rude! One of the only hotels that had free parking though. Was not there that often during our stay so did not have to deal with them much.
