Very good remodel job, but very thin walls. You can hear most of what your neighbors are up to, however its more the fault of bad design, not the actual tenants.

I did a schedule with the leasing officer for showing, I got there on time, after drive from Ohio, and nobody was there to show me the apartment. Im feeling totally disappointed. I dont live in the city and I come to Chicago to see it in person. I waited outside, I called, texted and emailed the leasing officer, no answer for a while. it would be a waist of time if one of the tenant didnt open the door for me, fortunately I could check the units bc it was open and during renovation. After few minutes A got a message from the leasing office saying one of the realtor would show the apt to us. Minutes after I got a call from the realtor telling he could not go bc he was out of town. I tried to be comprehensive about all the situation. Since I s how the building looks like and I liked, I texted the leasing office asking few questions before I apply for it. so far I didnt receive any message back from them. the realtor looks like he doesnt want to rent it, Im really interested in the apt bc it looks like nice and in a area that Im interested, but unfortunately its been impossible to get in contact with then, see it in person or apply! Super frustrating.

Couldn’t hate living here more. I will absolutely update with all of the details but for a dog friendly building with daily key fobs you will be waiting hours for anyone to help you. Don’t think any of the staff understand technology even at its most basic function. Even when you present a problem in a peaceful constructive manor you will get rude interactions. Michael in particular is a wonder to work with. Please go live anywhere else. I wish I had seen the warning signs earlier. Complete heartless harassment and assault is what you can expect here. Residents as well. Not peaceful. Halls echo you can hear everything. You may have a janitors closet attached to your bedroom. I don’t know what said janitor does because a trash can in the bike room has been here since I moved in. No one else cleans up after their dogs and god forbid a hello fresh box from a wrong address sits here for 3 weeks rotting. This is a warning. This place is not safe. I’d rather be anywhere then here and I grew up in the Bronx so there you go.
