Room was great! Breakfast was great! There is virtually no place to park even to unload luggage! This place is built in a small square with no attention to incoming guests. Google maps found it very hard to route as there really is no traditional place to park and unload. If you are being dropped off by uber or cab, it is just fine. There is a parking lot across the street but it's crazy expensive! Better options for people that are driving is available even with free parking. Do your homework. Other than the parking, everything was adequate.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Hyatt. We come to visit our grandchildren. The rooms are clean, every staff member we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a hot breakfast available on site. There are also multiple options within walking distance for breakfast. The plaza that the Hyatt sits on is lined with food options as well. I love that we can shop, eat or just do some sight seeing without having to leave the parking lot! You are just minutes away from the shore of Lake Michigan as well. Although we have only stayed twice, I can't find anything at all negative to say. A wonderful place!
