        Unfortunately, every time I order online, I never get what I ordered and I hate that the app asks you if you want napkins and you never received them asks if you want extra or light of a certain condiment and its never made the proper way. This is the second or third time I have ordered from this specific location to have food delivered and its not what I asked and then you cant go on the app to review or complain. Dont get me wrong I love potbellies.. I have been eating potbellies since 1995 but this online thing sucks and when you dont get what you ordered it just makes the experience even worse.

This is the second or third time I have ordered from this specific location to have food delivered and its not what I asked and then you cant go on the app to review or complain. Dont get me wrong I love potbellies.. I have been eating potbellies since 1995 but this online thing sucks and when you dont get what you ordered it just makes the experience even worse.
