Amber Palmer was extremely patient and helpful in finding a new home in Lakeview. She was extremely professional with taking me to see apartments across the city. Im from the west coast i had many questions that she helped to answer. I think we found the one! Thanks to her and the team for making Chicago my new home.

Very unprofessional. Kept telling me for a week they were going to get the lease signed by landlord. Then all of a sudden the appt I was showed was unavailable. Then they asked if I would take an another appt in the same building. Then the day before the first I am told the unit is no longer available. Ok fine, I then ask for the money back in cash, the way that I paid. Was told from the very start if I paid in cash and the property fell through, that it would be no problem to get my cash back. Guess what? They are either lying and spent it, or are to lazy to stop at the bank and get my cash out. Instead I'm being forced to take a check, which will take several days to clear my account. I was left outside in the cold for 10 minutes cause the women showing me the apartment was late. Please don't waist your time and move along.
