The lady at Nicole Cleaners is very disrespectful not the front door lady but the lady from Nicole’s cleaners I was honestly scared. I was delivering a package and she didn’t let me just simply take a picture of the box to the customer please for anyone there beware of her and her small white dog thank you.

I recently walked past this building back in July with my husband.The doorman George was friendly but when we walked in the leasing office, the leasing agent Liliana was not too friendly. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered like we were inconveniencing her. We also asked her about a special that the building was offering and she told us that the special was valid until the end of the week (which at the time was mid-July) and then mentioned that she had no idea how long the special was going to last. However, when I went to the website, it said that the special was until the end of the month which was July 31st. There appears to be a lack of communication/ inaccurate information about your concessions. Overall it was not a great first impression of the building. I definitely reconsidered living here.

Love the building! It has a great view and in a great location. Every year PPM throws a rooftop pool party, and it’s a BLAST!! All the staff are very friendly and helpful as well, couldn’t recommend this building more.
