Weve been at Amli Lofts for 2 1/2 years now and we love living here! Weve met a lot of nice people and some who are now good friends! The front desk staff, maintenance and management team continue to be happy, friendly, courteous and professional. We recommend our Amli Lofts Community to anyone looking for a fun, convenient and happy life!

Just signed out lease at this community and the leasing process was great. Property looks fantastic and the leasing team was incredibly helpful and attentive. Amanda was our leasing agent and she has done a great job of answering questions and staying on top of follow up. Super excited to move-in!

Let me start off by saying that this building has some of the best concierge in the city. Specifically, Darrius. This guy is always attentive and upbeat, he makes it a point to know your name and is always on top of things. The building itself is extremely well kept. Maintenance is on top of issues within 48 hours and everything is kept clean and repaired in the common areas. The management office is also very quick to respond to communication. The units are nice, although the appliances aren't the best. The washing machines do not clean well, and no matter what you do, sound like they are going to walk out of your front door. The stove, for an avid home cook, isn't the best for high heat applications like searing or boiling due to low burner BTU. The kitchen cabinets we have in our unit are peeling, hoping to get that fixed. Noise from other units through the hallway is a little obnoxious at times as well. The amenities in this building are really nice. The outdoor patio spaces are well kept and great for hanging out or grilling. The pool is also really nice during the summer and the building makes sure to keep track of visitors. The dog run is nice too, and always clean despite some irresponsible dog owners. Management puts on regular events which are the best I've experienced, even when compared to much more expensive properties such as Cascade. Overall, I really like this place. Management, if you read this, upgrade these appliances!
