The new address is better they move a little faster than the previous one. Some of the caseworkers are extremely rude and need to be reported. I moved from a different state and I canceled my old snap benefits over the phone in front of the case worker as my proof until my physical copie of paper came . She decided to not put this information in my fileZ the lady I had today was extremely rude 6/12/2023. She kept speaking over me and was not willing to do anything I asked she was horrible I wish I remembered her name but Ill be sure to report it next time Im in there. Yall need better people with better people skills who dont speak over customers that is so rude and disrespectful this place needs a zero star rating for that reason

You know when you leave a number to call and the voicemail literally says do not leave your name and number a caseworker will not call you back you know theres a problem with the office and people who work there.

The new address is 206 Anthony Drive Champaign Il. You're welcome since nobody who worked at the DHS couldn't put up a sign stating they moved and new address. Campaign is weird
