        They never answer the phone. They might as well not have an extension# as well neither especially Tiffany (ext #5021) I havent spoke with her not once since Ive been approved for my housing application/voucher! Theyre so unprofessional and literally sit in that front office and let the phone ring. Champaign housing need a whole new staff whos actually willing to help out people, not the ones whos sitting in the office just to collect a check! Do better!!
