      image I am appalled by the dismissive attitude some of the employees here assume towards the clients. One time I walked up to the Times center with nothing more than a duffel bag and was rudely turned away after inquiring about services. The guy took one look at me and apparently found license to be total jerk after concluding that I probably did not have a substantial net worth. I always wonder how he would have acted if I walked up to there in a suit and tie. I might try it sometime as a social experiment.
