Avoid this company at all costs. False advertises their homes and they are in much much worse condition than they appear. Place is falling apart and has plenty of mold and other health hazards. Incredibly overpriced. Took my girlfriend a month to move in because they wanted to "setup a time" to move in but never responded so she had to have someone else give her a spare key. Zero maintenance whatsoever. The cancellation fee was a ridiculous 800 for this dumpster but it was worth it to get the hell out of there. Stay away!

Avoid this company at all costs! They "fixed" the place downstairs and you should see the amateur work they did. I never went downstairs but all I needed to see was the common area to know what it looked like downstairs. They complain about it being messy when they leave trash and sheetrock dust in the common area for over 4 weeks now. They complain about the included utility being hundreds of dollars a month but use inefficient junk for appliances and you have to run your clothes 3 times in the drier while you listen to it slowly die with no help from a maintenance person. Moved out at the end of the term but they tried to rope me in for 2 more months of rent. Tried to reschedule a showing due to not having a pet sitter and informed them of a protective dog. Somehow they took that as a threat. They will try to rob you. Trash and industrial waste are all over the property. The grass service provided looks like a drunk toddler did it with no regard for planted flowers. You'll hear the downstairs neighbors all the time. It's not a mistake that this company is 1 star. It should be none honestly.

I have lived in a home managed and owned by At Home LLC for two years now and we are finally able to move. In this two years we have gone through SIX landlords and were never notified until we were trying to get ahold of them for updates on issues at the property. We had a leaky and moldy ceiling that we pointed out upon move in assured it was being taken care of....it did not get taken care of for a year and a half and when it did the inside where the mold was was (and still is not) fixed, the leak is fixed by them pouring tar on the roof. We complained about our downstairs neighbor nasty cat smell seeping into our apartment to be told there was nothing to be done-the smell makes you nauseous just taking one step through the shared entry way. Im not pleased with this company and have nobody to even call about it because idk who the current landlord is, if i could hive negative stars i would.

Dishonest and disrespectful. My husband applied for a job and was told to show up for a "working interview". He ended up being left alone with a warehouse to clean, which he did, and then never received word on the job or payment for the work that was promised.
