They keep the rental properties in pristine condition, always responding quickly to needed repairs. They respond promptly to any questions or problems. They are trustworthy in their dealings and honest in their accounting. I wouldn't have anyone else manage my properties.

These guys are the best!!! We got Gemstone as property managers about 1.5 months ago and we LOVE them. They fixed everything we needed RIGHT AWAY. Our prior property managers never even got back to us no matter how much we reached out lol. But Gemstone has always been super responsive. We had a draining issue with a sink over Easter weekend, and though it was a holiday, the owners themselves came and fixed everything up! It was such a relief we could get the assistance we needed. They are so positive too! I definitely recommend them! They also lowered the down payment for everyone by about $200 when they became the managers. They are fantastic.

We have had a phenomenal experience as renters. Jenn goes the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable in your home. She is very responsive and kind. She really knows how to get things done. We have rented a LOT and have never had a landlord so great. We are so thankful to have such an awesome rental company!

Excellent company. The manager is so helpful and they are quick to solve any maintenance issue, even when outside of normal hours if it's an emergency. They saved my wife and I some stress when we had an issue. When the maintenance guy was unavailable, the managers came in person and fixed the issue themselves. They are fantastic and very informative. 10/10 would recommend.
