Connextion has been the most amazing place to work for! They treat their management and their residents so well and are always happy to help! The best thing about working for Connextion is that they set you up for success! The properties that they manage are beautiful and they take such good care of them! Along with working for Connextion, I have lived in two of the properties that they manage and have had great experiences!

Stephanie is amazing!!!! Miriam has been very kind and helpful on the phone, especially with some parking problems the business next door caused. The front desk gals are great too!!!! Seriously even the maintenance guys that changed the keys on my new place, super friendly and very helpful!

These folks are straight up the Rexburg Slum Lords. The biggest POS management company under the sun. This is the biggest racket on this side of the state. Bringing in $3k+ per unit per month for absolute garbage apartments and wont even fix things when they break. They will find every way possible to jerk you around and squeeze out as much money as possible. Dont try to reason with them though. Theyre not capable. You can see the smoke coming from their ears when they try to think about being decent people. Dont believe the good reviews. They offer rewards and incentives to broke kids to pump their numbers Edit after response: Hey no worries on the delayed response time! I think weve already established it takes you extended periods of time to really accomplish anything, that is until somebody makes a scene. I indeed was the student who set broken dishwasher parts on your office office counter after yall cleared out our formal maintenance requests on the dishwasher and plumbing three separate times without ever even visiting, much less repairing anything!! Glad you remember me, but I think we both know youre embellishing on the actual events. I for sure had strong words and opinions, but dont lie about people getting aggressive. None of you are really worth charges or doing time for aggravation or assault. If theres any doubt whos really truthful, one might want to look into Connexions awful turnover rates with apartment managers leaving the company with the same complaints myself and several other tenants had. This company simply doesnt know how to take care of anyone. Cheers!

They don't manage/maintain properties and we pay quite a bit every semester and they have been raising the prices every semester with minimal upkeep.
