      image Based on previous experiences at other stores i didnt have high hopes of anybody being able to help me fix my technical problems coming into this one. But i was impressed. When I walked in Michelle was the first one that asked what i needed help with. I explained what was going on and she immediately knew how to fix the problem. After it was fixed, she took the time to walk me through the steps to fix it if the issue ever happened again. She also took the time to explain to me and show me how to do some other things with my phone to make my life so much easier. For now on this will be my go to store for any questions. I now know i can rely on Michelle and the other staff in this store for any future assistance I need.
