I didnt have to wait for service at all, and young Jake was passionate about getting the best deal for me that he could. I am very, very impressed. They earned every drop of these five stars.

John and Jake are the best! They took something that felt like a mountain to move and helped our entire family switch over to At&t service with ease. To add they were both super fun and confidently answered every question we had.
I worked 20 years in the service industry and I know all too well that you can't always satisfy every patron you come in contact with, but you can walk into this store feeling welcomed and know they'll do their best to help you. Thanks John and Jake and keep up the good work!

Our experience was great! We updated our phones. Elijah was superb. Answered all of questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible, non existent customer service. We received a new phone in the mail . Had technical difficulties and went to the store for help. My U.S. Marine son was told they could not help and to go home and figure it out himself. Unacceptable!!!! Shame on you!
And after that generic response.. we are still stuck with an ATT phone that is not functioning. Brand new ..just out of the box. To be told by your staff to go to an Apple Store is unacceptable. The online help we have consulted from ATT and Apple has made a lot more effort than your store. We deserve better.
