        I jus came into this store today for the first time since the remodel. When I walked in I was not greeted until I walked to the back of the store by a young girl helping another young man. There were two employees working at this time. It’s clear what important at this location and it is strictly sales! After I waited 20 minutes for one of them to help me the young man was rude, did not try to empathize didn’t care how I felt at all. And that is not good customer service. No to mention while im waiting, another lady walks in an older lady needing some help and she was not greeted either! She stood about 5 feet away from the employee helping other customers. It would have taken 30 seconds to say “hey ma’am how’s ur day? Looks like it will be a few minutes before I can help you you could have a seat over there!” All he did was act like she wasn’t there. Didn’t even say I’ll help you after I take care of her. Acted like his neck was broken did not look at her and proceeded to me. He was rude, had a sour face and bad attitude! I would not recommend going here! NEVER!
