Chase Bank

Have had more errors and complications using Chase than any bank used in over 50 years. They seem to thrive on complicating easy transactions.

I moved my money from there years ago when J.P Morgan bought out my former bank. I saw a massive decline in customer service, support and integrity... They even tried to "claim" I had defaulted on a loan (If it hadn't been for my paperwork I would of been sunk)... Its a terrible corporate bank.... If I would give it zero stars I could...

Kimiko and Shelby are the best! I bring deposits for my work 1-2 times a week, and they always remember what's going on in my life and ask me questions! I look forward to seeing them!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment as I wanted to open a new account. When I came in I was told I would be working with Bernadette. During our interaction she was rude and condescending. When I asked her a question about credit scores she responded by announcing as loud as she could that she was not a credit advisor so she could not answer my question. She then repeated it several times announcing it loud enough for the entire bank to hear. She made me feel embarrassed for asking one simple question that I later found the answer to on their website anyways. She then incorrectly entered my name when creating my account after I specifically asked her to correct the spelling. Now my entire account is under the wrong name so I have to complete and send in a name change application to fix the mistake. On top of this Bernadette said that she would expedite my card delivery so I could get it within 2 days, as I was leaving for a trip. Its now been 5 days and I called chase to check on it and they said she only marked regular shipping. Now I wont get the card for 4 more days, which is when I will already be gone. Im surprised they are so careless and treat their new customers like this. I will never go into this location again.
