Their checks are no good. Requires two forms of ID and social to cash any checks.

I have been a customer there for years and had always had good experiences until now. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. It is a terrible way to treat a customer. At the Ammon branch I deposited a Cashiers check (as good as cash) for a few thousand dollars and they put a hold on it for a week. I called my home branch to see why there was a hold and they said they couldn't help that I would have to call the Ammon branch where I had deposited the check. So, I called the Ammon branch and they said that there is a "back room" that had put the hold on the check because I had an overdraft 2 months previous (a very petty reason). They then said I needed to call the main number on the back of my card because there was nothing they could do to lift the hold. So, I called the main office number and they told me there is no "back room" (they were lying) but that the teller herself had put a hold on my check for her own reasons. So it turns out I am forced to wait a week for my cashiers check to deposit because of some ridiculous game they chose to play with my life. What a terrible waste of my time. It has caused me undo stress for no reason.
