Mail Services Plus

Worst experience ever! Rude! If you want your packages or letters mailed correctly do not use this place. Ive never written a bad recommendation but this lady blew my mind.3 packages lost for almost a month because of the way they sent it. Hopefully they will eventually be returned. Mistakes are made but the attitude and rudeness was shocking. Went to the post office and talked to the post master. Helpful and kind said he heres a lot of stories about them.

All the ups drop boxes burned down in the fire and these guys still want to charge a $5 drop off fee for a package that was already payed for shipping. I am guessing ups charges so thats unfortunate but why be a mail service if youre unable to help.

Its that time of year again & Ive been so in love with the holiday magic ever since I was a kid. So much so, I finally somehow convinced my mom its time to replace her old phone. Which if you know my mom, that in itself is a miracle. Plus since her new one just arrived the other day. She still needed to mail back her junk one to finalize the trade in. As for Mail Services Plus, its a store front Ive walked past several times before heading to Napili Market. But was just a service I never needed until today & Im happy I did. Otherwise I wouldnt have discovered a unique reason as to why you should stop by there too, Secret Santa. The lady helping us with our shipment mentioned how she wanted to help give back to the community by setting up a Secret Santa for those affected by the Lahaina fires. So if you or anyone you know could benefit from a little extra holiday cheer stop by & submit a gift tag. Complete with the recipients name, age, phone number & wishlist.
