Budget Car Rental

Didnt have the best experience - grumpy staff and then they proceeded to make a mistake with our booking. It took over an hour at the desk to get our car. Systems seem really clunky..

This location is great if you stay in nearby hotels in Waikiki and only need a rental car for one day. They do not accept car return after hours, but you can park your car in the International Market Place then return the key in the morning next day. This way you can use your rental car for the whole day and avoid paying the expensive parking fee in Waikiki.

Cheap car rentals but the service is far cheaper! The woman at the desk wearing the Green Bay Packers jersey ought to be herself sent packing. Her uncalled-for rudeness and blatant inability & incompetence was utterly disgraceful. Having worked in the the customer service & care sector for almost two decades, I understand how demanding the job can be at times but her attitude was appalling and I'd be beyond surprised if she is still there for much longer.

I didn't have any trouble, both check-in and check-out were quick & efficient. They're located at the back of the mall, under the escalators, on the main floor.
