Purchased rental through Priceline online express deal because rate was very good. There were @50 customers in line ahead of me so the pick-up process took about an hour, but once at the counter, it was quick & the rental return time was adjusted accordingly. Confusing directions to where the vehicle actually was, but once there, I was given a choice of 3 vehicles. There was no walk-through inspection & there was existing noticeable damage already on the vehicle (photos & video attached). Also, there was a distinct odor of tobacco indicating that previous customer(s) had smoked in the vehicle; it was strong enough to somewhat affect my breathing, being a former asthma sufferer.

Very similar to all the reviews here, line was slow. Service attendant was nice and helpful with an issue with the reservation, but waiting 1.5 hours for a reservation that was paid in full ahead of time is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.
