Catastrophe, in the foyer of the Twin Fin Hotel, the employee knew nothing about it, we had reserved a car that ultimately wasn't there. No further support from on-site staff. Never again! We then made a problem-free reservation via Enterprise!

valet parking is very very slow and dont follow the first come first serve order.

Rental car collection experience is good and you can return it to the valet at any time.
However their internal process and billing experience is abysmal. I had two issues-
1) you may get a car that is not fueled up completely and even if you fuel it up to that level on return, they will still try to bill you and it's a hassle with customer care.
2) I got a text saying the car was not returned AFTER my holiday ended! It was an issue of the valet or Avis person not recording the return.
Imagine being charged for fuel, getting hassled with customer care and worrying about a lost car on vacation! Avoid this Avis location.
I see other reviewers at this location with the same problems - AVIS do something.

Update: I have been in contact with customer service for several days now, and the problem has not been resolved. I highly do not recommend renting a car from Avis. On November 26th, I rented a car from Enterprise at the Marriott Resort & Spa hotel, and the rental experience was very good; the subsequent bill is correct. Save your life and avoid this terrible Avis!!!!!

Attention!!! If you want to rent a car here, you have to be careful with the bill.
The experience of getting a rental car here is okay; the valet brings the car to you, and you return it to the valet.
However, the bill after returning the car is terrible. I rented cars on Nov 25th and Nov 27th, each for one day. The bills for both of them are incorrect. The car I rented on Nov 25th, I picked up at 8:30 am and returned on the same day around 10:00 pm, but somehow they charged me for two days. The car I rented on Nov 27th, I returned with a full tank of gas, but somehow they said I didn't fill up the gas. Fortunately, I took photos to preserve evidence for both times I rented a car, but it took me a lot of time to contact customer service and argue with them.
