        Great experience at this location. Staff is super friendly and funny. The avis desk is somewhat hard to find, they are hiding on the left side of the main Sheraton lobby. I would use them again when I am on Waikiki area. Cars are parked on the 7th floor of the nearby parking garage.

        The gentleman that checked me in went above and beyond in making sure that everything was done properly, and he was so wonderful and nice! He had a really long line, but he was hustling so hard. Youve got an amazing employee!
