Thomas! Youre the best!!!! Story time: I thought I had rented a car for one of the days I was in Hawaii, and nope. Completely forgot to book on one of the days of my stay. I walked up to the counter confidently, license and Credit card in hand, and Thomas was surprised to see me. He kindly said: I didnt see a reservation for you but quickly followed it with let me see what I can do. Even if there was nothing available (there was and he did get me the best rate he could) it is this kind of I will help attitude thats necessary in any field. 10/10

I had a negative experience at this location. I rented a vehicle to Uber with here. If you were considering renting a vehicle to Uber with, just know they are not renting out their regular nice vehicles. The Uber rentals are high mileage, stained, got mechanical issues etc. The Kia Soul I rented broke down on me and I had to get towed and find a ride home.

This location, quote from the staff, is always overbooked. Theres nothing [they] can do but wait. From other reviews and mine experience, website availability of this location is a joke. Expect 2h+ wait time. The staff who told me this was at least honest and friendly, I dont blame him since its not his fault. After 2 hours when there is a car, the staff who checked out the car was so, so RUDE. He just doesnt care what you think and what you want to ask. Not to mention the convoluted car return process that the staff doesnt want to talk about. At least, car is Ok. I never had such horrible experience from any other Avis locations. If you need Avis, rent from elsewhere near by.
