I just want to say super thank you to team Skye! The leasing team is truly like a family away from your own family! Special thank you to Shelly, she helped me while I was at work to make my daughter birthday special yesterday. Shes was amazing! Jonathan is great and very on top of communicating to residents as well. Every email Ive ever sent out, even simple ones, Ive always received a response within 24 hours from Jonathan. The little things you guys do you have no ideal how much it makes a huge impact on us. Thank You to you all truly. The smile on my daughters face seeing her birthday surprise was simply amazing! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!

This is our second year living here.
I'm taking off two stars for management that doesn't want to solve residents' problems pick up garbage collection. The situation is this: we always sort the garbage about 80% of all our garbage, so the garbage that Valet Living has to pick up a couple of times a week fits into a small garbage bag. But they refuse to take it because the package is small. management cannot solve this problem and suggests that we deal with Valet Living ourselves. Why should we pay $25 and figure it out ourselves? We have an agreement with Skye Suwanee and not with Valet Living.
And why do we have to save up trash all week for a big bag and it will stink and we have to pay $25 for that fee???
I'm taking off one star for the constantly dirty floor in the fitness room. The management doesn't want to solve this problem too.

Amenities are great! Gym have all the essential equipment. I love Octane Fitness which is side swinger and this the 1st time using it! Gym is 2 story high. Also have Business meeting center pool and party space, game room, and coffee lounge.
Overall it is great
