This is a nice community and leasing office has typically been responsive and accommodating. However, they recently underwent a change in management and I can rarely get through to the leasing office. Every time I try the call keeps hanging up and unfortunately I'm currently undergoing a maintenance emergency and am unable to get in touch with anyone.

The staff is great and the community well maintained. It would be great to have a playground in the community to meet neighbors with kids, on a plus side there are beautiful parks nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. It is a bit noisy in the apartment though probably due to the proximity to I85.

My husband and I loved the apartment we lived in here for over 3 years. There was a major issue with our packages getting stolen and nothing being done to prevent/stop it. When we moved out, we requested to be present at the time of the inspection to ensure we were not getting charged any excessive fees for things we didnt do. This did not happen, and we were given a bill for the damages they saw on the inspection. Most of these fees we didnt agree with, to include a fee for a water stain on the ceiling that was present when we moved in. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue and speak to someone about the details of the charges, but no one got back to me. I was clear in my communications that I would not pay the fees unless I spoke to someone. Instead, we were sent to collections with no follow up or explanation. This is a horrible way to treat tenants, and I hope they dont do this to anyone else.
