The Residences on McGinnis Ferry Apartments

I had a great experience with Shineka my leasing professional/agent. I couldnt have had a better experience! Shineka went above and beyond for me. She was very patient, made sure I understood everything, and her personality was amazing! She made my moving experience a lot more comforting. All I can say is good things. So professional and always ready to help. I really appreciate her .I love how clean and peaceful this apartment is. And oh the floor plans are huge .One of the best decision ever made was moving here !!

Spacious apartments, ours is 1500+ sq ft. Maintenance is very responsive and gets things fixed quickly. My biggest complaint is the walls are paper thin. I think this is due to the fact they've replaced the carpet (except bedrooms) with wood floors. I can hear the tenants above me walking back and forth and I can hear them every time they slide their chair across the kitchen floor. It sounds like there is track meet going on up there. It;s like having another family living in my apartment.

My only complaint is having to move in having only a virtual tour. I rented my apartment in December with a March move-in. I couldnt see the floor plan in person until 4- days before move-in. While I understood the floor plan the dimensions were not what I interpreted from the virtual 360 view. It only gave me four days to adjust what I was moving into the unit which was not enough time. There should always be a way to allow a new resident to see a floor plan in person at least 30-days before move-in
