I begin this email by telling you this phrase You are demanding, but you do not comply. It is a lack of respect on the part of the organization that you represent. As of today, January 11, 2024, 8 weeks have passed and you have not returned the check with the guarantee fund... It seems like abuse to me, the time I was rented I was always up to date with my payments and commitment in faithful compliance with the contract. Quite the opposite you. Please give me my check! I am considering taking the appropriate legal action for failure to return the money from the guarantee fund. I hope you contact me and give me a response to the previously raised request.

The only good thing about this community is the location and the maintenance team. Other than that the leasing office sucks. I do not understand how companies can allow such low vibrational people such as Denise to still be in the office. I went in today hoping to get some help/assistance to an issue Ive been having, maybe even possibly transferring. She did not even attempt to try to help me. She stated they dont allow people to transfer if they got any lease violations, but could not show me that in writing in the lease nor the policy. When I asked for corporates number/email she denied and said she has to get permission to give that out This lady must be new to property management making all these lies up. Ive been here 2 years and NEVER once been late. 2 false violations, that have not been proven just assumptions. The community is a ripoff, charging 1 month rent for a transfer fee. The walls are PAPER THIN. The leasing office is no help, seems like you are always in a battle field when you have to contact them for HELP. This Company needs to upgrade the type of employees they have working in office. This community would be 10/10 amazing with the right people in office.
