AT&T Store

I visited the AT and T wireless store on highway 17 on 1/18/23 and when I arrived it was 1000am which the store hours are 1000am the store was dark and then after fifteen minutes a male salesperson waved to advised that the store was open. I explained that my wireless services were interrupted and on 1/15 paid the bill and made arrangements for the balance due an error that occurred with the bill in November 22. The salesman had the television loud, and he stated he only could call 611, which I explained that I needed to speak with a customer service agent to verify that I made prior arrangements on my bill. He states that was all he could do and in order to have my service I needed to pay the bill and his attention was more focused on the television than the my bill issues, I then asked to use the desk phone and notified a customer service agent which helped and restored services. During the time in the store waiting for the agent to complete service restoral another customer walked and the transaction was strange, and when they observed I was watching the customer stated "this is my second time seeing you here" I then replied sir I have never been in this store. He remained there for a period of time and left empty-handed but brought in a box. This salesman was poor in service and did not attempt to help and with my issue I just needed to speak with a agent that would confirm my arrangement I will never return to that location due to being a law enforcement strange activity is going on that location beware he needs to be  terminated he is very nonchalant and more interested in watching television.

2 weeks ago we received our new iPhone 13 Pro Max. We left the next day for a 7 day cruise. With all the packing and preparation to debark our chargers were packed but we had additional ones in the car. Traffic on I-95 was hideous so playing on the phone for an alternate route caused the battery to die a lot faster. My phone was at 12% and my husbands at 9% when we realized the chargers we had was not actually working. In shear panic, we found the AT&T store on W Broughton. Justin and Ty are off the chain. They were beyond accommodating!! My husband was circling the block for a parked my space as I was trying to get the chargers we needed. I honestly assumed it was something to do with the port in the car. Nope. Justin stepped right up and said- Wheres the car? Let me check it out. I called John and Justin gave his directions to park in the back ally, met him out there and realized it was the cord, the older cord that wont work. Ty was so helpful in helping me get everything I need. I was explaining to them that I also needed some additional purchases for my upcoming job. Justin and Ty made sure we had everything we needed, even installed it in the car to make sure it was working properly. I cant say enough about this customer service. Above and beyond is rare today but still makes the best impression and most impact!! Thank you guys for everything!!! Oh an Ty, youre right. Yall have the cleanest bathroom EVER!! Great job guys!! May just have to drive 2 1/2 hours for my next AT&T purchase!

The manager of this location-Justin was an amazing help with my sons phone. He answered any and all questions and got us all set up and going after my son broke his phone while we were here on vacation. Highly highly recommend this location!!
